About us
TradeDocs helps China exporters generate Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List from one deal. Layouts are fixed and the preview is the PDF — no Word formatting. TradeDocs is a ComTools product.
Customer data commitment
We never leak, sell, rent, or exchange customer data.
Quotations, proforma invoices, contracts, commercial invoices, packing lists, plus customer records, product catalogs, and company profiles, are your trade secrets. Protecting them is a product baseline.
Why confidentiality is mandatory
Documents typically include customer names, contacts, closing prices, product configurations, discounts, and commercial terms. If they leak, they can damage your negotiating room, customer relationships, and competitive position. We treat data confidentiality as an obligation we must keep — not optional marketing copy.
Isolated by account
TradeDocs isolates data by account: you only see content in your own account. Other users cannot open, search, or export your documents or customer lists. Share links are invisible to the public unless you create and send them yourself.
Our explicit commitments
- We will never sell, rent, exchange, or publish your customer data, documents, product catalog, or company profile
- We will never give that data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties for marketing or profiling
- We will never email, text, or otherwise promote to the customers in your account
- We will never use your document contents for public case studies, demos, or model training unless you give separate written consent
- Staff will not browse your documents. We only look at the minimum needed, and only when you contact support and troubleshooting requires it
- Share links take effect only after you create them, and show only the document you chose to share
- Accounts are strictly isolated. No other user can access your data without authorization
Your data stays yours
You retain the rights to the documents, customers, and products you create. You can view, edit, export, or delete them at any time. We host this content only so you can keep editing after login, generate PDFs, and send share links.
How we use data
We process data only to provide the document service: sign-in, account isolation, storing what you write, generating PDFs and share links, and keeping the system stable and secure. We do not use the data for anything else.

Offline and private deployment
Besides the cloud workspace, we offer offline and private deployment so data can stay on your servers or intranet. This fits teams with confidentiality, compliance, or network constraints. Contact us for a deployment plan.
