## What TradeDocs is
TradeDocs is a web SaaS for China exporters to generate five fixed-layout trade documents from one Deal:
- Quotation (QT)
- Proforma Invoice (PI)
- Sales Contract (SC)
- Commercial Invoice (CI)
- Packing List (PL)

One deal shares seller, buyer, currency, Incoterms, payment terms, and line items. On-screen preview matches the downloaded PDF.

## What TradeDocs is not
This is NOT a form builder, drag-and-drop template designer, or generic document editor. Layouts are fixed in code. Users configure company letterhead, logo, theme color, and PDF language packs — not table structure or field order.

Customer, product, and document data are isolated per account and not sold or shared. Offline and private deployment are available.

### How do I get started?

### Is customer data kept confidential?
Yes. We never leak, sell, rent, or exchange customer data. Documents, customers, products, and company profiles are isolated by account. Share links stay private until you create them. We do not use this data for marketing, profiling, or model training. For data that must stay on your machine or intranet, contact us for offline or private deployment.

### 客户数据是否保密？
