Which document types are supported?

Five fixed types: Quotation (QT), Proforma Invoice (PI), Sales Contract (SC), Commercial Invoice (CI), and Packing List (PL). One deal shares letterhead, lines, and terms — switch types without re-entering data.

Can I design my own templates?

No. TradeDocs uses fixed layouts — no drag-and-drop form builder or template designer. You can set company logo, theme color, and PDF language packs, but table structure and field order stay consistent for professional buyer-facing documents.

Which PDF languages are supported?

PDF labels default to English, with Chinese, bilingual EN/ZH, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian available. User-entered product names, addresses, and remarks are never auto-translated.

How do I get started?

Sign up → complete company profile (letterhead, bank, logo) → add products and customers → create a deal → switch among five document types in preview and download PDF. Most users send their first quotation within minutes.

Is customer data kept confidential?

Yes. We never leak, sell, rent, or exchange customer data. Documents, customers, products, and company profiles are isolated by account. Share links stay private until you create them.
